Hi folks - I thought that I'd pass on this update from Westport Seabirds regarding the potential Winter Trip from Grays Harbor this coming Saturday.

Skipper Phil Anderson asked that "If you know of anyone that might like to join us please ask them to give us a call or contact us by e-mail."

Contact info is by calling "Westport Seabirds (360) 268-9141 (leave a message and time of day for call back, after 5:00 p.m. PST is the best time to call), or by e-mail pmand001 At comcast Dot Net )" http://www.westportseabirds.com/

I was on the February trip last year, and the highlights were 2 Laysan Albatrosses, and 2 Parakeet Auklets! Lifers for many. Any time one can spend on the ocean is time well-spend, especially with good birds and good birders.

Cheers,
Jon. Anderson

Winter Birders:
This is an early check in to let you know that while we have a number of spaces still available we have enough to make our trip this weekend. Although still too far away to say anything with certainty, it does look like the weather may cooperate with us. We are planning to leave at 7:00 so please be on board by 6:45. I will communicate again with you no later than Thursday night with an update on the weather. If you know of anyone that might like to join us please ask them to give us a call or contact us by e-mail. Thanks for hanging in there and we will keep our fingers crossed.
Phil Anderson
