Subject: [Tweeters] Snohomish Black-headed Gull--Yes!

This afternoon just before 2pm the Black-headed Gull was seen in the same
area as yesterday. Great looks and an awesome lifer for me! Be warned that
the gull was rather hard for many to find. The gulls here move around a lot
and were often too distant to identify, in fact myself and others tried for
it earlier in the day without success. I came back at around 1 and looked
with several others for the bird for about an hour before it finally showed
itself in a field just to the northeast. It then flew back to where it was
seen originally, where we had the best views. The good news is that the
gulls seem to stay in the vicinity of 3 or 4 fields here so with patience
you may very well see it. Photos here:

May you see good birds!
