Regarding the break-in yesterday at the Crescent Lake WMA South parking lot:

One member of our party returned to the South Parking area shortly before the break-in occurred to retrieve a scope from one of the cars. At that time she observed a man in the parking area who seemed out of place, and whom we believe may have been the perpetrator.

The man she observed was white, in his late 20's, about 5' 10" tall with average build (maybe 170lbs?). He had longish dark
brown curly hair and a full beard. He was wearing baggy blue jeans, a white
t-shirt untucked under a dark vest, sweatshirt or jacket, with sunglasses and a
light-colored knitted beanie. He was walking around the parking area
looking at his cell phone and showing no interest in the natural surroundings or in
checking out the area for recreation. His behavior was not inherently suspicious but seemed out of place for that time and location.
