Hello fellow Tweeters!

I was wondering if anyone knows who keeps track of the records of rare
birds for Pierce County? And I was also wondering if I could gain access to
that information? I'm simply curious about various historical rare bird
records in the county, particularly those not reported on ebird. I know
there is a checklist of birds of Pierce County, and though a fantastic
tool, this doesn't tell me things such as date, location, how long the bird
remained, and so on. Some birds, such as Garganey, Bar-tailed Godwit, and
White-winged Dove have been recorded in the county but, as I mentioned,
lack ebird records, so there's no info here on the matter. Not sure if all
that info is available online or not, I can't find it. Anyway, any help
would be greatly appreciated!
