Earlier this week there were some notes about Varied Thrushes in the Seattle area - just to share that there has been a terrific group of 7-8 of them in Woodland Park this winter - have seen them several times, each time in the northern area - once just inside the zoo, once on the east side of the most northerly pedestrian bridge over Aurora, and once in the northerly ravines east of the lawn bowling area.
