Hey tweeters,
it?s been fun to hear everybody?s stories about their first bird of the year. I had the good fortune of spending the 1st at my cabin on Hartstine Island, and the first bird I saw was a gorgeous male Varied Thrush, followed by three more males and a female. Then came Song Sparrow and Spotted Towhee. I wish everybody another excellent year of birding!
