Had a COLD but fun morning with the "Birds and Breakfast" crew at Capitol Lake this morning. Highlights included a male Eurasian wigeon at Percival Cove and a large group of ruddy ducks on the north pool of Capitol Lake-- upwards of 20-- more than I have ever seen there before. They were favoring the eastern end of the lake.
