Hi Tweets,

We participated in today's Grays Harbor CBC. (Thanks Dianna!) The
highlight of the day for Laura and me, besides the sunshine, was a Black
Phoebe at the Cabana Pond in Ocean Shores. The bird was at the narrow east
end of the pond, near the culvert. It had a preferred perch on a branch
sticking out from the north shoreline, from which it was actively
fly-catching, vocalizing all the while. This end of the pond is very near
the corner of Seashore and Texmar. There were numerous yellow-rumps also
fly-catching in the same area.
