Hi Steve
I have been to Costa Rica many times obviously I love it there.
I would suggest taking a river rafting trip in one area
and staying out on the Osa Peninsula with one of
the local native groups. The river guides and the local
Osa P. people know where the birds and unusual animals
are and your food lodging and transportation are covered.
My favorite kind of trip. The locals have great non touristy set ups!
