Andy just spotted a brilliant male Tufted Duck off of the port of Walla Walla grain elevators, for access, drive past the intersection to Walla Walla and take the first right (if you are driving south). From there, take the dirt tract to the river overlook and attempt to find it amidst all of the other Scaup and ducks. Well photographed, showing no signs of hybridization.
