We have been walking the Union Bay Natural Area and have noticed a lot of
signs marking out 'sensitive habitat' areas which we presume means no access
for birders. Does anyone know what plans there are to accommodate birders
such as boardwalks to platforms or paths to the shoreline etc.? At this
point the Union Bay Natural Mitigation project looks like there will be much
less available for birders than in the past.
