Does anyone know where the Caspian Terns are roosting/nesting by the Everett waterfront? I've seen them in the past on a nearby roof but it appears they have headed inland, or possibly farther south of the public boat ramp. I would love to get a look at them from above on the hill but can't find them once I'm up there! Anyone have an address for these guys?
