*PLAN AHEAD FOR SUMMER FUN!SYRE SUMMER BIRD CAMPTWO SESSIONS: June 27 ?
July 1 and July 11 ? 15$170 MEMBERS / $190 NONMEMBERS; 10% SIBLING
DISCOUNT. AUDUBON PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE, contact cbbrewer at cob.org
<cbbrewer at cob.org>, 360-778-8985 for scholarship information or to
register. Space is limited. This memorable camp engages young people in
appreciation of birds--life history, birding, conservation, citizen science
and fun. Kids learn about birds in the Museum's unique 500+ mounted bird
display, engage in interactive science lessons, go on birding/nature walks,
do bird observations and create lots of art related to birds. Joined by the
North Cascades Audubon Society, we'll help kids Celebrate Urban Birds with
a Cornell University Lab of Ornithology program, teach them about bird
observation and report our observations to eBird. And we'll learn about
backyard birding as kids make bird feeders to take home and discover who
comes to feed on them!*
