While driving back from lunch at 1PM today, a flock of 40 Pelicans were seen by my wife and I overhead in Port Angeles. ? Without binoculars and considering the distance we are not 100% sure.? They were flying in a v formation east.? I only make mention of this after reading of another report of these birds made yesterday.?
