Hello again Tweeters,

It's all but confirmed that the bushtits are in fact the ones from our "nest in the cage (suet)". This am I saw them on the other suet cage with suet in it and then they were on
the birdbath, all lined up, right next to each other - I counted 5 but others were present flitting around. So not sure which were parents in the group. You all know how bushtits are!

But a few of them flew over and about the nest so I'm feeling certain, these are the ones from the nest - second brood, I'm assuming. Finally!!! I only wish I could have seen them
exit - one by one from that little protected home. It will be interesting to see if there will be yet another brood or if they build in the same tree next season! It would be so cool if they could just build inside the suet cage to begin with! Should I try leaving it up? ;-)

Oh, too, I should have said Nature and HER ways (not it's)...She is amazing!
