Hi Tweeters -- I just had a Chipping Sparrow pop up for a moment in my yard in the Maple Leaf neighborhood! Definite bright red cap. Unfortunately it came and went too fast to get a photo. It appeared at the same time as a House Finch, but was quite distinct. Could this be? Naturally, I'm trying to position myself at the window with the camera for as long as possible!
