Hi Tweets:

A new book is available from Buteo Books. "Birds of Montana" is "the first
comprehensive reference on the state's birds since.......1921 and is the
only work that provides a thorough review of the status, distribution,
relative abundance, ecology, and conservation of the 433 bird species that have
been found in Montana since statehood in 1889." With the inclusion of
references taken from the journals of Lewis and Clark, this book is of
historical interest to birders, whether or not they live in Montana. Lead author is
Jeffrey S. Marks, Oregon. Several local birders are acknowledged for their
contributions to Birds of Montana.
