For the past couple of weeks a pair of eagles have been seen in my neighborhood carrying sticks and landing in a big cottonwood. There is no sign of any actual nest. And it seems kind of late for them to be nest building. Is this just young birds pair bonding? Both have classic eagle white head and tail.
