Hi...

Today, Phyllis Moss and I birded in Pend Oreille. On Tacoma Creek Road, at mp1, we found a "pure" (no hybridization seen) RED-BREASTED SAPSUCKER. It was moving around with a Red-napped Sapsucker.

Also seen on that road, we're both Ruffed and Dusky Grouse.

Another great day, with much better weather.
