Hi Loren,I plan to go to Ellensburg in the next day or so to try photographing the WW crossbills. Where were you able to park your vehicle there without having a sticker of some sort? Since classes are going on I would expect parking to be at a premium and I'm not interested in getting a ticket or walking a mile to get to the Japanese garden. Also, what body and lens combo did you use for the images you posted? Nice pictures by the way.Bob Kothenbeutel

I finally located the Crossbills on the CWU campus in Ellensburg this weekend.? There was a large flock of mixed reds and white-wings working the trees in the Japanese Garden and just north of the garden.? I was able to get some decent pics this morning.
