Hey tweets, I have been getting various emails from tweeterdom re my last post describing the UWBG's BioBlitz and their request for birders to join the blitz and find all the birds in the Arboretum. I noted in my post that other naturalists would be doing this too at the BioBlitz, including "herpes lovers." I must correct the impression I inadvertently gave that virologists of a certain type would be participating. What I meant to say was that herps lovers would be participating, in other words, people who love reptiles and amphibians, not those who have a strange attachment to specific viruses - although I'm sure the UWBG would welcome naturalists of all types. - Connie, Seattle
