Subject: [Tweeters] Monroe BLACK-HEADED GULL

Drove around after 3 pm this afternoon and could not find any gulls
anywhere in the area. I did see a Cackling Goose at the prison farm pond
and a kestrel and eagle along Tualco Loop Rd.
