Subject: [Tweeters] Puyallup Redpoll

As I emerged from the Puyallup HS gym after caucusing I noticed a small bird feeding on catkins in a birch tree. At first glance I thought it was probably a Pine Siskin. Thankfully it moved close enough for me to see details (no, I didn't bring optics to the caucus). Common Redpoll. I could clearly see its black chin, streaked flanks, and rosy crown. A lifer for me.
