Despite windy conditions I had some good birding at Three Crabs today. An adult Golden Eagle was flying through and caught a thermal near Helen's pond. There was also a Merlin and a Peregrine Falcon flying in the same area. I heard a singing Savanna Sparrow at the Helen's Pond pull out.
