Terry Anderson and I were delighted by a Yellow-breasted Chat at the Ridgefield NWR Carty Unit at about 8:30am today. It was still singing when we left the area at about 9. Location was along trail from north from the plank house, about 150 feet past the 2nd bridge, keeping left, bird was on left in tall shrubs/small trees.
