Around 7:15 this evening, Tuesday, while driving through Edmonds, WA I had a flock of around 40 pelicans fly over my car. I didn't have my binoculars, but I stopped the car to look at them. They were fairly high up and I can't be sure of species, but I believe they were Brown pelicans; they were heading west in V formation. Perhaps someone else might have seen them?
