Tweets ? for those of you perhaps heading to Wenas this weekend, there is a Great Horned Owl nest at the top of a tall cottonwood right next to Umptanum Rd., just as you get to the foothills heading south of Ellensburg. Saturday, there were two babies that were quite fluffy, as well as an adult sitting at the nest.

The nest is practically hanging over the road on one of the taller trees.
