Hello Tweets,
Today my attention was brought to a distinct chattering sound coming from
the small pond close to my home. It persisted all evening into dark and I
was able to identify it as a calling male Virgina Rail! A first for me! Now
the real challenge will be to see it! I live on the West 's ide of Olympia.
