This evening, around 6:15 pm, a flock of 60-70 White Pelicans flew over me where I was standing at the Civic Center Playfield in Edmonds. I'm assuming this is the same flock, possibly expanded somewhat, that I saw a week ago or so at approximately the same spot, heading west like the first time. I still didn't have my binoculars but the light was better, the birds were lower, and I could identify them to species.
