A most obliging bird indeed! My wife and I hiked down -and up- yesterday
afternoon. about 4:00 pm. We barely arrived at he beach at the "Keep Off"
barriers, when the bird flew and landed on the trail in front of us! At
times I had to move back, because it was too close for close-focus!
