Hi all,
Tundra Swans are back in Kittitas. I spotted two today (11/11), one adult and one juvenile at Tjossem Pond just east of Canyon Rd south of Ellensburg. No sign of the Snow Goose or Bonaparte?s Gulls spotted over the past week. A quick walk around Ringer Loop however did turn up more Song Sparrows in one spot (a flock!) than I have ever seen. At one point, there were about 10 Song Sparrow all foraging together in the Snowberries!
