Kingbird was quite active yesterday (11/10) during my visit between 2:30 and about 5:00 PM. ?It spent almost that entire time in the dead trees a couple of hundred yards south of the barricade, just past the pine tree. Lots of sallying for bugs, preening, and perching in the open. Was able to get fairly close for some photos as well...
