When I arrived today, Wednesday, 8:15am at Edmonds pier, a RED PHALAROPE was on the water very close to the pier. After a few minutes it flew south and was not seen again until 10:15am when I, along with Steve Pink and Dennis Duffy, observed it flying and landing a few times. It disappeared as it flew north of the parked ferry, heading in the direction of Brackett's Landing. I will post photos later on eBird.
