Subject: [Tweeters] Snohomish Franklin's Gull

Hello all,
The recent rains flooded the fields in the Snohomish valley that are
visible from my house. Today a large group of 300+ gulls spent most of
the day there. I couldn't pick out anything interesting this morning,
but this afternoon there was a Franklin's Gull in the flock. I suspect
this is probably the same bird Scott Ramos had just up the river at
Tualco Loop on 11/6. I've searched that area several times since his
post without success, so it was nice to add it to the year list and
the yard list (#112) at one time.

The water will probably be gone tomorrow so I suspect this flock will
move throughout the area so it might be worth checking the soccer
fields on Old Snohomish-Monroe Rd or Tualco Loop for it.
