I saw a female WHITE WINGED SCOTER and a PACIFIC LOON from 1:30-2:30 pm from east of the Vancouver Marine Park. The WWSC has been seen for least the last 3 days in a row. Closest viewing has been from the location shown in this list: http://ebird.org/ebird/pnw/view/checklist/S32657821.
A PALO has also been seen in this area for a couple of weeks.
