I having been messing around with the online crowd-sourced database
iNaturalist for the last year or so. If you're unfamiliar with the
site, it's kind of like eBird, only different.

One of the features available to users is the project function which
allows a user to aggregate all the data for a user defined region and
time frame.

So I'm starting a Lower Columbia Christmas Bioblitz. It will run from
Dec 15 to Jan 5. The area includes the Lower Columbia and principal
Coast Range Watersheds from the mouth of Willapa Bay in the North to the
Nehalem in the south and east to Coal Creek and Mayger.
