The annual Winter Wings Festival in Klamath Falls, Oregon has another
impressive schedule for 2017 and we hope you'll plan to join us!

http://winterwingsfest.org/

Of particular interest for birders, we'll have keynote participation by *Scott
Weidensaul* and *Paul Bannick*. Scott returns to the festival for the
second time and will speak about Project SNOWstorm, a huge collaborative
investigation into the lives of Snowy Owls. He'll also be signing copies of
his new book: The Peterson Reference Guide to Owls. Paul will also be
speaking about owls and his new book: A Year in the Lives of North American
Owls.

The 2017 festival will also feature Canon Explorer of Light and premier
wildlife photographer *Chas Glatzer*.

The Klamath Basin is renowned for its massive wintering population of Bald
Eagles, but is prime habitat for many other raptors including owls, as well
as a stunning abundance and diversity of waterfowl. Join us for an array of
field trips, workshops, presentations, and receptions that highlight the
wonders of the Klamath Basin in winter.

Be sure to check out the episode of Birding Adventures TV with James Currie
that features the Winter Wings Festival in 2016, which is linked on our
home page.

We hope to see you soon!
