I just heard a rumor which I feel obliged to quash...

I am still compiling the Columbia Estuary CBC any rumors to the contrary
are scurrilous lies (or, perhaps, miscommunications based on my
abdication of regional editing duties for Oregon and Washington).

There will be a Columbia Estuary Count. It will be on the first Sunday
of the count period (Dec 18) as per tradition. And I will be doing the
organizing and compiling.
