Around 8:30 am (16 October 2016), I saw three Brown Pelicans (1 adult, 2 immatures) headed south on Puget Sound at Edmonds. Just prior to that, I saw two Humpbacks in the middle of the Sound, north of a line between Edmonds and Pt. No Point.
