Hi Tweeters,

Since I had to head down to Vancouver today, I decided to check different
stretches of the Columbia for returning ducks/grebes/loons. From Wintler
Park in Vancouver (several miles West of I-205), I saw about 15 Horned
Grebes and 4 Common Loons. From Washougal Waterfront Park, there were two
RED-NECKED GREBEs in a flock of Western Grebes. Other than that scaup are
arriving and there were a few miscellaneous gulls around but nothing of
note.

Keep your eyes and ears skyward.

Jim
