Hi tweeters,

Scoping from the south side of Alki Point in Seattle this morning I had the
following highlights:

Ancient Murrelet - 13 in groups of 2-8 flying south. First I've seen this
fall and the most I've ever seen from this spot.
Cassin's Auklet - Surprised to see these still around, great looks at 2
flying south close-in.

There were also a lot of Bonaparte's Gulls flying south off of Bainbridge -
one large flock of ~70, and a string of others in small groups. Probably
~200 total. Couldn't turn up anything harassing them, or find any pelicans.

Good birding,

Sam Terry
