The pelagic cormorant and 2 red-necked grebes were still near Steamboat Landing Park this morning 10-11 am. Did not see any scoters or the Pacific loon from there or from Washougal Waterfront Park, but there was a very strong east wind with rain.
If you google the location, make sure you include ?park?, or you may end up in the wrong place.
