I'm passing on word of a Ruff found and photographed by Ethan Goodman and
Alex Patia this afternoon at Oyhut in Ocean Shores - accessed from the
sewage treatment plant side rather than the Tonquin St access. I believe
that's the fifth in Washington so far this September adding to two in
Clallam and two in Skagit.
