This shot of a Sabine's Gull was taken just out of Tsawwassen on a ferry bound for Vancouver Island 9/14 10:30 am.Definitely a highlight as the calm waters between mainland and Vancouver Island and around Tofino & Salt Spring Island shores were sadly mostly absent of birds.
