This morning at 10:30 a lone Snow Goose flew over us near Barbecue Flats,
in the Wenas area, Yakima County. I'd been watching an adult male Red
Crossbill bill wiping and preening in the top of a snag when the goose flew
into my field of view. It kept going steadily heading southwest and out of
sight. Next stop Mt. St. Helens?
