A good friend of mine has seen a Black-billed Magpie at his house in the
south Beacon Hill neighborhood in Seattle. Unequivocal pictures and the
bird is very tame (somebody's errant pet?). It's been twice twice during
the past week or so.

Keep your eyes and ears open in the vicinity of 27th Ave S and Beacon Ave
S (yeah, I know, two avenues that intersect, well it happens in a few
places in Seattle).
