Hello Tweeters,
I checked out the beach here for the Snowy Plovers today around 10:20 am. Thanks to Jon Houghton for reporting them on Friday. They were still there. I counted 12 in and around the tire tracks in the soft sand that curved to the left (southward) and then spotted 19 more (in a quick count) straight ahead beyond the tire tracks. A couple of Sanderlings were in there, too, and probably more of both species.
