Dear Izzy and tweets, as best as I can determine, the Loop Trail is open most of the time. The only time it's closed is when heavy equipment is being used. Unfortunately, that can be unpredictable.

Wahkiakum Lane (the straight path that cuts east/west through the middle of the Fill, is also open most of the time, though that too can close for heavy equipment - for the most part, confined to the Dime Lot at the western end (though here too access is mostly open).

Yesler Swamp is completely open all the time - the boardwalk/trail has been completed except for some work that needs to be done on the north trail nearest 41st Street, where the grade that leads down the hill to the boardwalk is too steep for ADA access and must be regraded. Not sure when that will happen, though I think it will be quite soon.

The area south of the CUH building is always open. - Connie
