Today Bob Bagwell and I saw two White-winged Crossbill among a group of Red
Crossbill on Bahokus Peak. Bob may have gotten some pictures. We saw a
Northern Pygmy Owl at the same spot. (top of the peak where there is an
opening with a view of the south coast)

A Ruff flew in and landed along the shoreline in Neah Bay just below the
park. We were able to observe the tail pattern as it landed right below
us. Bob got some great pictures of the bird. I rushed out of the house to
quickly this morning and left my camera behind so I missed getting any
pictures today.

We walked Tsoo-Yess Beach and were able to locate a Snow Plover. This is
probably the same bird spotted by Bill Tweit and seen by Ryan Merrill on
September 17th. Once I got Bob on the bird he got some beautiful pictures.
