No, the road was vacated by the county and the ROW reverted back to the
owner. No trespassing. You can walk the dike road that separates private
land from the Shillapoo Wildlife Area.

I know that Lower River Rd is now blocked before the traditional end of the
road. Is it allowed to walk beyond the original end of the road if you hiked
in from the new road's end?
